Signed agreement between Hiway 112 Partners David Harris, Rogers Water & Sewer Superintendent Brent Dobler and Chairman Kathy McClure, ABS Option Company Bob David.
ABS desires guarantee that RWU will provide adequate sewer lift station capacity to their property.
RWU requires additional land to expand the existing lift station and easements across Hiway 112's land for sewer main lines to provide the requested capacity.
Hiway 112 will grant required easements and land rights within 15 days of notification by RWU.
RWU will bear the sole expense for construction sufficient to provide service to the ABS property, the Hiway 112 property, and the lands along the sewer system between the two.
Hiway 112 development (or successors) will have rights to access the system for only normal connection costs.
Signed agreement between property owner Charles Reaves (through trust manager Arvest Trust Co) and Rogers Water & Sewer Commission Chairman Michael Watkins & Superintendent Brent Dobler.
RWU agrees to provide water and sewer service to property if owner/developer pays all costs for infrastructure extension within 3 years of annexation.
No obligation for service exists if developer fails to extend service lines prior to 3-year deadline.
No obligation exists if the annexation is not completed.
